Understanding the Grid View.

1.       When first viewing the Listing page, all of the data is available for searching.   Click the Select button next to the line that represents the data you would like to edit/view.

a.       The number of pages in the list is located in the bottom left-hand corner of the list. 

2.       To filter a search, click the  tab.

a.       Click thebutton to see a list of all of the data.

b.      The Or Select a Filter option allows you to limit search results.  To change the search filters, first click the button.  Then click on the black arrow at the right-hand side of the dropdown fields and choose an option.  Once the three filters have been selected, click   to see the search results.

c.       The three search filters are used in the following method:

                                             i.            The first search filter will display the search categories to choose from.

                                           ii.            The second search filter varies based upon the first choice.

                                          iii.            The third search filter is the search criteria (i.e. 10/20/03 as a date of a service).

d.      Once you have clicked thebutton or used the Or Select a Filter option, you will see a list of data.  Click the  button next to the line that represents the data to be viewed or edited. 

3.       After you click the  button, you will be taken to the entry screen.  This page will be in the edit mode.  Make any changes needed to the form.  Click the Save button to save those changes.

 

Tips

·         Clicking on the field name in a Category field  will allow you to sort through your files by ascending or descending order.
