The Prevention 101 section contains helpful information regarding prevention. To access the Prevention 101 section, use the following steps:
1. Click Knowledge Base from the main menu.
2. Click Prevention 101 from the submenu.
3. A new window will open.

From the left,
select the topic you’d like to view by opening the book
.
The answer will appear in the right-hand screen.
5.
To close the
Prevention 101 window, click on the 
in the upper
right-hand corner.
